Be careful… I feel they are going against Trump some cases so they can claim to be unbiased when they let him demolish the rule of law with others. Ever since they lied about not overturning Roe V Wade I have no trust in this iteration of the Supreme Court.
Now that the court has weakened federal agencies, now that they’ve empowered an executive to lay waste climate change initiatives, we may all burn, our earth may rot, but we can sue the bastards who do the most damage.
Obviously the plan by Red States to round up Democrats and kill them was denied, 6-3.
Why is it phrased ' Cases filed by Massachusetts and Honolulu ' and not ' Cases fild by Massachusetts and Hawai'i ' ?
